Inko's New Home

Today, we went to University Park to see the houses but unfortunately, the agent was too busy to take us to see inside of the house.

So we drove around the area and found a short sale single story house $ 425,000.

1973 built as old as I am.....ha ha.....

I know the house look like haunted house but the price looks very interesting~

I will find a time to ask my agent to see if he is available to show me next Monday.

I am also interested in 44 Seton Rd. and it's also a short sale. This house is very close to HWY 405 but the price is $558,500......I think they have some juicy inside to look at~

Jerry was interested in Woodbridge area. I will start searching that area someday~
