今天我第一次去看未來的新家 說新其實很舊 1969 年蓋的 但是為了他的高挑屋頂 及明亮的光線給深深地吸引

後院一眼望去是綠到不行的綠地
這是他們的 living room 也是 family room 我只擔心 Grand Piano 放不下 或是會被太陽曬壞
這是 dinning room with a window to the kitchen, so imaging I will serve the food from this window....kind of cute~
This is the kitchen and I am definately going to take away the microwave and change to 媽媽樂抽油煙機, otherwise, the whole house is going to smell like fish all day~

Before 12:30pm appointment time, I went to the neighborhood to look around. I found one bank-owned house. $ 490,000.00 But this house is too close to Hwy 405. I don't really like it.

My agent I felt like he was an angel sent by God. When I need to see this house, he came over my house to give me his business card few days ago.

It's a one floor house but with high ceiling in living room and dinning room plus lots of window.
