這一兩個禮拜 停止看房子 因為上次和老公大吵一架

發誓老公如果無意看房子 我也不看了 浪費我們大家的時間和精神

Sunday 去看房子的時候 真是壯觀

禮拜三帶 Zoe 去考完試 除了三條線 ///......還是三條線 >_<

禮拜四一早的百基拉聚會 本來懶得去 但是我是司琴 還是拉著毛毛去了

今天拿到 preapproval letter 高興極了 在網路上看房子 看得好快樂 好像馬上可以搬家似的

今天下午教完琴 我就帶著兩隻小的 去 Newport Beach Public library 還書和 DVD

今天老天發瘋了 昨晚六十幾度 今天100度

帶著毛毛陪 Zoe 去考試

今天終於拿到 Preapproval letter 才剛印出來 馬上回家 scan 給我的 angel agent 看

其實 我本來想請 BOA 的人弄 可是等了一個多禮拜 毫無音訊 我只好很丟臉的回 Wells fargo 請同一個人再重打一次

今天我帶著毛毛去 WF bank 辦理 Preapproval

因為沒有 Preapproval 我的 angel agent 已經不想理我了

I found a house with 4 bedrooms and it's under 500,000~

It's in Walnut community next to College Park. I love this area because it could excess to all area pretty fast in Irvine. The only concern is.....it's pretty close to Walnut which is close to the traffic and noise~

Today, we went to University Park to see the houses but unfortunately, the agent was too busy to take us to see inside of the house.

So we drove around the area and found a short sale single story house $ 425,000.
